VINEQRA Terms of Use

Scope of the service

VINEQRA is a personal tool for organizing business relationships and customer operations. It does not currently provide shared team editing and is not legal, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

Your data and responsibilities

You control the content you enter and are responsible for having the right to record, process, and export personal data concerning other people. Do not use VINEQRA for unlawful content or activity.

Subscription periods, billing, and renewal

VINEQRA offers monthly and annual subscriptions. A monthly subscription provides access for one month from the successful purchase date, and an annual subscription provides access for one year. Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are those shown on the App Store purchase screen.

When a purchase is confirmed, Apple charges the payment method associated with the user’s Apple Account. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the price shown by the App Store unless canceled before the current subscription period ends.

Free trials and eligibility

If a free trial is offered on the App Store purchase screen, its duration, eligible plan, and the subscription price after the trial are those shown at purchase. Apple determines eligibility, which is generally limited to users who have not previously redeemed an introductory offer within the same subscription group.

Unless canceled before the free trial ends, the selected subscription begins renewing automatically at the price shown at purchase. If a user is not eligible for a trial, Apple may charge the standard subscription price when the purchase is confirmed.

Canceling a subscription

Users can cancel from Settings on an iPhone or iPad by opening their Apple Account, selecting Subscriptions, and choosing VINEQRA. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, while paid access generally remains available until the current subscription period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime access and restoring purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time App Store purchase. It does not renew automatically and does not create monthly or annual subscription charges.

Users can select Restore Purchases in the VINEQRA app and use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore eligible subscriptions or lifetime access. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.

Refunds

Apple processes all App Store purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests. VINEQRA cannot directly approve or issue App Store refunds. Eligibility, request procedures, and decisions are governed by Apple’s rules and applicable local law.

Intelligence and outputs

Intelligence, summaries, suggestions, and reports are assistive outputs based on user data and rules. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before business, financial, or other important decisions.

Availability

We work to improve the product but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app, iCloud, Apple Intelligence, or the website. Some capabilities depend on Apple platforms and system conditions.
